We announce maintenance on our infrastructure at least 24 hours in advance. Members are informed about maintenance and outages via email sent to the administrator address of their VPS. The current schedule of upcoming maintenance and ongoing outages is available on the homepage of vpsAdmin, and past maintenance and outages can be found in the history.
If vpsAdmin is also unavailable, you can check the current status on our status page: https://status.vpsf.cz
During an outage, we prioritize fixing the issue, so communication may be delayed. The quickest way to get up-to-date information is via our chat.
During an outage, we restore VPSes to their original state automatically—there’s nothing you need to do. Booting the node and starting all VPSes takes some time. If the node is already running and you can’t afford to wait, you have the option to start your VPS earlier via vpsAdmin.
So unless the outage notice says otherwise, you don’t need to take any action.
First, please make sure the issue isn’t on your side. Is your service set to start automatically with the system? After a major system update, we recommend restarting your VPS in advance to avoid surprises during an outage.
A common source of issues is incorrect network or firewall configuration. In such cases, you can access your VPS using the remote console.
If you're still stuck, feel free to contact our support.
If the outage is already marked as resolved in vpsAdmin and your VPS still won’t start, please contact our support.
New versions of our system and kernel are deployed first to the staging environment. We appreciate anyone who helps with testing and reporting issues—just create a staging VPS to participate.
